Welcome to TruDOQ, a product owned and operated by SeeMeSign Software LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at https://trudoq.com, our platform at https://crm.trudoq.com, and any related features, content, or services we make available (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
TruDOQ is a cloud-based e-signature platform that enables users to create, send, sign, and track documents. These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including subscribers, team members, and recipients of documents sent through the platform. For subscription plans, billing, and payment terms, please refer to our Subscription & User Agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Services or create an account. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are registering on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Subscription & User Agreement. You may not:

To access the Services as a subscriber, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at contact@trudoq.com.
Recipients who are sent documents for signing do not need to create a TruDOQ account to complete the signing process.
While certain features of TruDOQ may currently be available for early access or pre-registration at no cost, we reserve the right to introduce subscription fees or charges for premium features in the future.
All payments and subscriptions for TruDOQ are processed and managed by SeeMeSign Software LLC. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize SeeMeSign Software LLC (or its third-party payment processors) to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
You acknowledge that SeeMeSign Software LLC is the merchant of record for all transactions related to TruDOQ. Your bank or credit card statement will typically reflect charges under the name "SeeMeSign" or "SeeMeSign*TruDOQ."

All content, branding, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials on the Services are owned or licensed by SeeMeSign Software LLC (doing business as TruDOQ) and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written consent from TruDOQ.
You may upload, submit, or transmit documents and other content through the Services ("User Content"). You retain ownership of all User Content you submit. By uploading content, you grant TruDOQ a limited license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely to provide the Services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Any information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We provide an AI-powered assistant to help with support and general inquiries. By using this feature, you acknowledge that you are interacting with an automated system and not a human representative.
The AI Assistant is for informational purposes only and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may be incorrect or incomplete.
TruDOQ is not liable for any damages or issues arising from your reliance on the AI Assistant's responses.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TruDOQ makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected. For a full description of warranty disclaimers, please refer to our Subscription & User Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TruDOQ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Specific liability caps by subscription plan are set out in our Subscription & User Agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify registered users of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action related to these Terms shall be filed in the courts located in Utah County, Utah.
