We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in our products or Services, create an account, or use the TruDOQ portal to upload, send, or sign documents. We may also collect information when you request support or otherwise contact us.

We also collect documents and electronic signatures that you upload or create within the TruDOQ portal. These are processed only to enable secure signing, storage, and tracking, and are not analyzed or used for any other purpose.
We collect the contents of your messages, queries, and any personal information you voluntarily provide when interacting with our AI-powered chatbot. This includes chat transcripts and metadata associated with your session.
We do not process sensitive information. We strongly advise you not to share sensitive personal information (such as social security numbers, health information, or financial credentials) within our AI chatbot or support interfaces. If you voluntarily provide sensitive information during a chat session, it will be treated as standard personal information for the purpose of processing your request, but we reserve the right to delete such data for security purposes.

Please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal.
You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, or by contacting us. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your user account, or contact us using the contact information provided.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. We will not sell or share personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.
Under certain US state data protection laws, if we decline to take action regarding your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing us at contact@trudoq.com. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state attorney general.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
